No. We can start with structure and design while content is still being prepared. It does affect the schedule though — a page cannot be finished around text that does not exist yet.

Ongoing maintenance is not automatically included once a project is delivered. It can be arranged under a separate agreement if you want it — just say so during the proposal stage.

You do, once payment is complete. Third-party parts — stock photography, fonts, plugins — stay under their own licences, which you hold.

We help you choose and set them up, but hosting, domains, and similar subscriptions are normally registered in your own name — so you keep control of them, and of the bill.
